Yay, Friday! I'm excited too, because it is the last day with the month-long literacy work at school.<br>
It has been fun; but the daily drive for 35 years was a grind....and the past month brought all the horrors back. Oy!<br><br>
Had phone calls from each of the boys yesterday! Love chatting and hearing of their respective job- related adventures. <img alt="cool.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/cool.gif"><br><br>
Off to bootcamp, then work, then DH and I will head out to the mall to purchase/order a sleep number bed....woot!<br>

<p>Good morning.  If you are wondering why I am up earlier than usual and up really early because there is no school today it is because some teachers who are sick and have to put there absense into the computer because they aren't able to attend the school based meetings today are forgetting to check the "no substitute requred box" so the sub finding machine is calling me at 6:20 to tell me there is a job, for which there really isn't, so I am awake, will be going back to bed soon, but thought I'd check in anyway.  Had to look on  the school website, just to make sure they didn't change there day around, but it is right, there is no school today.</p>

<p>Half day today.  Work, then errands, and then my friend is having a women only dinner party.  Should be fun. Except we're supposed to bring a used copy of our favorite book.  Favorite book?  That's like asking which is my favorite kid.</p>

<p>jebba--used copy of your favorite book?  That sounds like you'd be trading.  And possibly not getting the book back.  ARE YOU FREAKIN' KIDDING ME?!</p>

<p>wr4c--that sucks.  We get automated calls for snow days, which I suppose is nice.  But, my guys are all responsible for getting themselves up (and figuring out if there is a snow day).  Do I really need to be woken at 5am so I can wake the kids and tell them to shut off their alarm clocks because there's no school?</p>

<p>Rain and more rain here.  Although it did try to snow this morning.  I'm about to build an ark for our zoo.</p>

Para's had to stay with the teachers and " discuss" curriculum.. I sat in the back and doodle for  2 hours..</span></span></span></span></p>
