<p>  Run is done,  Not far (2.94 miles )and sort of slow (9:54 pace) but I got some miles in.  Just really frustrated with this. </p>

<p>Nice win by the Brewers and Tigers last night.</p>

<p>Work today and then my "staycation" starts this afternoon.</p>

Brewers finally won a road game last night! Perfect AND necessary timing too...oy...<br><br>

Two week transition from whitewater guide to ski & avalanche patrol dude.<br>
He's psyched about getting back out to the mountains of Telluride, Co.<br><br>
Later today, I might wander over to the UW cross country invitational....40 men's schools and 41 women's teams will be here. Many are top 20 nationally. The weather will be very windy; but I bet it'll still be wicked fun to watch.<br><br>
And, this is UW homecoming weekend. Should be fun!

<p>Many years ago i went to a UofW Madison homecoming. My best friend growing up went there. it was crazy. nothing like that when i went to Boston U, we did not even have a football team!!!</p>

<p>Good morning.  Fall break means we have next week off.  Yay!  We're going to go camping. for a couple of days, and otherwise just kick around and have a good time.  But first I need to get through this half day of work and a murderous long run this afternoon.  Whee!</p>

<p>I'm trying to get ready to leave here Sunday.  Hes such a sweetie, leaving him and going home is going to be really really hard. Especially since I will be so far away. But its been wonderful to be here with him! Hes getting so much more alert and is awake more. Such a doll! </p>

<p>i did manage to fit a run in today, whew. and i got Zoe's halloween costume at Tj Maxx. They had some really high quality stuff for cheap ($19.99). It is a bit big on her, secretly hoping she can wear it next year!</p>

<p>Meri, what is the costume?  We get about a billion kids, and I love seeing what they come up with.  Miss Sunshine is going to be Pippi Longstocking, and Easy is going to be a cat.</p>

<p>she is going to be a witch. we are not going trick or treating (and we get no one) but her school has a halloween dinner/party and we have a party next weekend.</p>
