Good Morning,

Final soccer practice of the spring season is tonight. I am ready for the break. Final soccer games are tomorrow morning. Then the summer of relaxing begins! At least relaxing from coaching duties.

Should be just a normal workday for me.

have a good one.

The PortyYard is in full working mode now:

Rainbarrel is up and almost full.

Most perennials are up and even starting to bud out. I did lose a few over the winter or to critters, so will need to replace a few things.

I've begun to divide and transplant~~~>>will shop this afternoon for more perennials and grasses. WHEEEE!

The hummingbirds are back 'n' feeding at my two sugar-water feeders.

I've also had two Baltimore Oriole sightings...they heart the fresh-cut oranges feeder....so I'll be sure to put up the grape jam feeders this afternoon.

The ants are back, however, and have even started to invade our sunroom. Even found a random under a kitchen cupboard and on a bedroom window.

SCHLITZ!! I have to get busy and exterminate the litte fvckers. I HATE ANTS.

We had issues with carpenter ants at one time; but these current pests are just those itty bitty litte dudes who get in and never seem to go away.
