Good morning. Slept pretty well last night. It is 15F outside and I am NOT looking forward to running in that. ugh. Zoe's friend is coming over 3-8 tonight because her mom has a work function and then Zoe is going there next Saturday while DH and I work, so it is a good trade off.

good Morning Meri,

Good luck on your run. I am SLOWLY getting used to this boot. The hard part is sleeping. The boot is like an anchor so every time I try and change positions I sort of wake up.

the Saints game yesterday was unreal. The Niner Defense played unbelievably well. The Tebow game got boring real quick. That was a beat down.

Time to root for the Pack.

meri,

I WISH I could run out in our 15* temps right now....sunny, no wind, cold...but sadly, cannot plod in the daytime outdoors.

[humiliation is my middle name]

Did not set alarm to do o'dark thirty plod, which means I either slog on the TM YET AGAIN [no, thank you] or bail on a jog.

Epic fail

Porty,

The doctor said it is the best way to make sure it heals quickly. Otherwise during the night my foot will relax and stretch out which will cause the tendon to shorten up and I need to keep my heel and foot in a 90 degree angle so the tendon is stretched out.

Hi jebba!

Eric,
Nasty. Too bad there isn't a smaller version...or a sleeping boot.

I managed a sloggy three miles on the TM. Gak.
Might snowshoe today, just to get out, even tho the snow conditions aren't very good.

Good afternoon. I awoke to a few inches of snow, managed to make it to church and the grocery store, and am happily at home determined to not go outside again.

Really shakey at the moment, but recovering. I overdid it on the run, that'll learn me. Too cold and windy to run outside I did the treadmill. Crowded gym, you want to maximize your time on the machines. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.
