<p>Good morning! I pulled an acupuncture trick out of my sleeve and actually slept half decently last night. It is 23F out and I am not motivated to get out there and run. ugh. maybe by 8 it will be 30, haha. I have my party today too, lots to do before 5pm!!!</p>

<p>Good morning all!  I didn't make it out to run this morning...just slept in.  But tomorrow's a new beginning!</p>
<p>I'm having lunch with our 4 seminarians with the family of one of them...about an hour outside Havana.  Should be fun.</p>

<p>Ran indoors today on a track at a mega pool/fitness center.  I didn't look at the distance of the lap before I started, again I am just running by feel and trying to be consistent.  Ran for 54 laps (I was trying to run 66 minutes and completed 54 in a bit over 66 minutes).  Turns out I did a titch under 7 miles (6.966) and I feel okay.</p>

<p>the trick is a bit complicated using an herb called moxa and burning it on specific acupuncture points! LOL. i did not want to do it to myself, but it was no big deal. Sorry i could not help you more with that.</p>
