Last night's sleep was better. Not great, but much better! Last night we went to a greek restaurant in town and it was AWESOME!!! So delicious. So not healthy, but soooo good. Going to try for a run soon, have not run since my race last week and then I have CPR and then will swing by Costco afterwards.

Good Morning,

Glad to hear you had a better nights sleep meri. I get to go to another soccer game around lunch time today which means it is next to impossible to get any yardwork done today. But I need to get my gate rebuilt today. At least I got it taken down yesterday. Granted that didn't take long at all.

Have a good day everyone.

I have a super ultra cranky toddler on my hands and DH is hiding in the bedroom, does not bode well for me getting a run in today. Sigh.

I am about to venture outside to... run. Going to take it really slow and not do anything stupid. Dreadmill runs for the last month or so, and maybe I'm ready for some real world adventure.

Good morning.

Been to church. Going to relatives house this evening for barbecue. Temps will be in the mid 80's again today. I don't normally do exercise on Sunday but I'm thinking I might go to the gym and get some cycling in before the barbecue, as well as to add some points for my VRAA team.

Now to get bed sheets changed and laundry done.

Well, I did it. Hilly, but ran within myself. Took (forced not voluntary) walking breaks. Felt like a slug but compared to my last record of outdoor runs in October (!) it was okay.
