<p>Tired. Trying to wake up for a long run. Not sure how long we are going, running partner said to play it by ear, LOL. Have a birthday party for my friend's son later today as well. I bought a waterless vaporizer yesterday and that seemed to help Zoe's nighttime snoring, until the insert ran out (it is good for 4-8 hours) so maybe tonight I will have to put one in during the night. She is definitely getting better, but still snoring up a storm!</p>

<p>  Long unplanned for day at work for me yesterday.  At least I got to work from home.  Today is another soccer game and then chores around the outside of the house and more indoor chores, including cleaning up my desk.  What a pigsty this thing is.</p>

<p> Not really, we celebrated on Friday night, since Mrs. Boiler had to work last night and she works tonight.  I think we are going out to breakfast though to either Bob Evans or the Golden Corral. I guess I should go confirm that, since it would mean I have to get some clean clothes on.</p>

<p>Good morning!  Happy birthday BoilerGirl!</p>

<p>Church this morning, and then more things we'd like to do than we have time for.  Yesterday I got a mountain bike, and we want to take it out.  I am a terrible bike rider.  I can balance in a straight line, but that's about it.  My friend asked me to do a Muddy Buddy with her, and I didn't want to disappoint.  I've been needing to learn to ride a bike anyway, so this is good motiviation.</p>

<p>OY!  That's scary.  A few weeks ago I got news that a bicycling friend of mine died of a heart attack.  Somehow I guess it's easy to think active=exempt from heart attack.</p>
