<p>Good morning.  Good weather here this weekend.  DS had a football game and then we went to the college soccer game yesterday.  Fun!  Today I'll run longish and then get ready for Ravens-Bengals and Pats-Jets.</p>

<p>So this morning my husband is off running a trail half marathon (so jealous!), and I'll be playing chauffer, running an errand for my mom who's in the hospital (she needs a pretty robe), and then maybe I will get in a walk with an old friend.  My daughter and her BF are still here, too.</p>

<p>Hey all.  Karen, I watched the Badgers yesterday.  That was a good game.  I'd rather see Clay roll up 250 yards and 4 tds, but at least they won!  Glad your boy made it to Wy. safe and sound.  Now if Wy had only beat Boise St., that would have been great!</p>

<p>Did you see the ND finish?  I was watching TX-TT and missed it, but the highlights are worth catching!</p>

<p>I just ran 12 miles and feel good!  That was the first time I've gone over 8 in about 2 months I think.</p>

I had to work yesterday which was a planned work day but it seemed like everything that could go wrong did.  None of it was my problem, but just trying to get in touch with the right people to work the issues was chaotic and then I had people calling and more or less screaming wondering why the release was behind schedule.  I wanted to say it is because you keep calling me every 30 minutes an not letting me try and get in touch with people around the world literally to track them down and get them to work.  I was at work from 10:30 until 8:30 yesterday.  Just a LONG and frustrating day. </p>

<p>Plus for the first time that I can remember I missed both kids games.  I have missed one or the other in the past due to having to coach or both games at the same time.  Yesterday was the first time I ever missed both when normally I would have been at both.</p>

<p>   I have  5  girls over for my  DD 14th birthday. I got a fire permit last night and they had a  campfire and ended up sleeping outside under the big maple tree.   They are not following tradition for their sleep overs and are watching one of the Harry Potter movies.   </p>
<p>    DS and DH are at the Nascar  race in NH today .. so after the girls go home I am off for a bike ride on the rail trail. </p>

<p>  Altoids - sorry to hear your mom is in the hospital - hope she is getting better.</p>

<p>both!!!!!!!! i have insane blisters, EVERYWHERE! My second toe had a blister under the toenail, about 3/4 inch diameter that lifted the toenail up into oblivion <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/shock.gif" title=""> LOL. <p>Apparently my husband had an epic fall on his trail race.. he fell, rolled, and popped back up and kept running.  And it was right before the aid station, so he had an audience!</p>
