Good morning! Going to try for 18-22 miles this morning. Looks a little wet outside, so hopefully not too terribly muggy. Zoe slept ok for most of the night, but i was up from 4am on. oh well. She and I will have lunch with my girlfriends, definite motivation to run so i can pig out :)

Good Morning,

I can't imagine running 18 - 22 miles right now. I barely survived my races on Friday and Saturday. Good Luck!

I overslept this morning so no church. I have yardwork to do and some indoor chores to do also. I also have to write a race report. If I get everything done then I can probably sit in the hammock and read if we don't get any afternoon thunderstorms.

Have a good day.

Morning. I had good intentions of running this morning, but they went out the window. Next week will be better, weather-wise and mojo wise...I promise!

Heading out for a day trip to Iowa State Univ-Ames in a few hours. Time to get the DD moved in to her dorm.

Good morning,

I haven't been around for a month or so, and hope you're all well. If you're a friend on FB, you know I've been doing things... Recently we had our county fair (Addison County Fair and Field Days; Vermont's largest agricultural fair). I am one of the Directors. It was a blast, and things went very well. In fact, we set a new gate record by $5000. Also, DS was with me for the week helping with whatever chores popped up. Of course, it also meant he got to go on a lot of rides and eat a lot of fair food.

My running is a little off right now, and I need to get back to it. I also need to lose 10 pounds. This week is another tough week as I am off to Maryland to see family.

Have a good one, and I'll be back with you before you know it!

Made it to Church but walked in two minutes late with everyone already standing up and the first part of the service beginning. I would have been on time but had forgotten my belt and turned around to get it. Then all the traffic lights that were dutifully green the first time I started were all red.

Good luck merigayle.

I'm going to try and get an hour or a little longer run in around 11:30. It's overcast hear and a little humid but I've lost patience in waiting for the rain.
