<p>Besides doing chores all day yesterday, I had a great night with my family and my best friend and his family. After soccer practice, we ate pizza, drank a little beer, came home, started a fire in the fire pit and drank more beers while I opened gifts.   Then we just bs'ed for a couple of hours. </p>

<p>Today is soccer day.  1 game is at 10 the other is at 1 so I will be back and forth from the fields today. </p>

<p>one small suggestion: a white noise machine may help to tune out some of the snoring...it may even help zoe fall back to sleep on those nights when she's particularly wakeful.</p>

<p>dh talked to son#1 ~ 8pm central time last night and found out that they were in the area of those <em>severe</em> tornadoes [alabama], but that he and his buddies are fine 'n' dandy</p>

<p>Zoe sleeps right next to me, not sure white noise will help, LOL! I had the vaporizer and humidifier on last night. Yeah, DH snores too and complained about her snoring and said he wanted to move to the guest room indefinitely. Um ok.</p>

Ran a half marathon today. 1:28. Pretty miserable conditions. Had some CIA symptoms in the last miles and had to slow down. Was good enough to win my age group though, but my pace was almost 30 seconds slower than what my coach thought I coud do <img alt="sad.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif">. Oops

<p>   Today was the townwide clean-up so I spent about and hour on the main road to the transfer station and filled up 3 large trash bags within about 1/4 mile -Yuck.  Mostly cans and beer bottles. People really can be pigs.    It looks a lot better for now.</p>
<p>   It is cold and raw here - like November. Ugh. I hope it is warmer next weekend for Easter or that sunrise service at  %;30 will be brutal!</p>
