I'm up trying to decide if I feel good enough to join the group for our long run after my allergy struggles this week. Every blooming thing is starting to bloom. It's pretty, but it makes me sneeze. Since it's the last long run, I guess I'll go.

Good morning. The NCAA BBall pool is pretty interesting. there have been a couple of pretty big upsets, but the top teams are all still in. there will be two 12 seed v. 13 seed games in round two. Cool!<br><br>
