<p>i have been looking at some online training plans for 50 mile races and some of them are quite different. So far I have found:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>A Hal Higdon plan</p>
<p>A runnersworld plan</p>
<p>An ultraladies plan</p>
<p> </p>
<p>i arm currently running about 35-40 mpw with a 15 mile long run. i have completed one trail marathon before (october). any thoughts on these plans or directions toward a different one?</p>

<p>i like the runner's world plan and used it when i first started running ultras.</p>
