<p>Checking in here. late. but I am alive. Back from my sweaty humid slog this morning. 3 runs in a row of 5 miles!</p>

<p>O'dark thirty poop 'n' plod done.</p>
<p>Lovely morning. Felt semi-good. Added a big hill and managed 6 slooooooooow miles. Woot!</p>

<p>Good morning! To answer yesterday's question, Soli's camp is supposed to be immersion, but I suspect it is not so much. I've been very, very bad about using Spanish at home, and need to do more.</p>

<p>Oh, and all those bug bites...turns out it's poison ivy. I clearly got it from one of my run-into-the-bushes potty breaks during my long run, becase it's in all the spots you might expect if you squatted on top of it. fml.</p>

<p>Other than hot, today should not be too bad. With the 90 degree plus heat we are having afternoon thunderstorms are somtimes problematic but I got my yard mowed yesterday just in case we get some rain. Looks like this summer may go down in the record books as one of our hottest on record. For the month of June we have had had one day in which it did not hit 90. The temp hit 89 officially that day.</p>

<br><br><p> Tuesday?.. Dump, cans to the metal recycling for $,return library books ...stencil the bathroom wall, caulk around the shower and toilet... lots o' chores! At some point I want to hit the lake for some kayaking and a dunk in that nice refreshing water too!</p>
