Chele, you seem happy and perky this morning! Just Friday happiness?

I am starting "sleep training" with the boys after the bad nights/days this week. Nothing major, no "cry it out" or anything like that, but I am starting to work them into sleep schedules and routines. The first part was getting them both WIDE AWAKE for their first morning feeding, all the lights on, and then keeping them awake for an hour, then putting them down for a nap. Roman resisted the nap a little bit, but only a little bit, so after some rocking and shushing, he went right down to sleep.

I've been letting them stay awake far too much during the day, and they haven't been napping well, and when they have napped, it has been in their swings/bouncy seats/car seats, so we're transitioning to crib naps at the first signs of fatigue in the hopes that they won't be overtired in the evenings.

Fingers crossed that it works out and we can establish some good routines!
