good morning! TGIF! Busy, busy, busy day at work today! Slept a bit better last night, less crazy dreams. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
craziest thing yesterday. A friend i lost touch with a couple years ago started emailing me and after a couple email exchanges, i asked her to tell me more about her live in boyfriend. She tells me his name and a bit about him, thier dog, and that he is from the town i grew up in-- but she never knew i grew up there. Turns out he and i carpooled to school together our whole lives until 8th grade! so how random that a friend of mine who grew up in Jersey, goes to NYC and meets a guy on online dating, falls in love and lives together and he and i grew up together? weirdness. small world1

Morning....I'm beginning to feel my lack of weekends <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> Ah well, it will be back to normal in no time. Working 7 days a week in itself isn't all that bad, it's the psychological aspect of waking up on Friday morning and knowing that today is no different than yesterday or tomorrow (tho it is usually our shortest work day). Luckily tonite I'll get to eat dinner at home instead of in the office, so that's good!<br><br>
MERI - did you ever see the movie "Indian Summer"? In it a bunch of camp friends get together as adults and go to their old camp for a week. Well, we watched it one day my senior year in college, and when it was over, I remarked to my roomates about how cool it would be to go back to summer camp now and experience it again. 10 minutes later my phone rang, and lo and behold - it was a friend from camp who I'd not spoken to in about 4 or 5 years. She had gotten my number from my parents and was calling to ask me if I wanted to go and camp on our old campgrounds one weekend (it's owned by the state and hadn't been a summer camp since our last year there).

HJ, I enjoy American Flatbread, too. It's fun to go there on occasion. Either place is a bit of a drive for us, Warren or B'ton (there is one in B'ton now, right?), so we don't often go.<br><br>
I'm also glad it's Friday. I can use some extra sleep. This week I've started ramping up my mileage (for me, it's not a lot really) so I think I'm a bit more tired, plus getting over that illness, 'flu or whatever, from last week. I probably should have taken another day of rest this week, but it's VRAA time! No time to slack off.

The boys survived their immunizations yesterday--I may be traumatized for life. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"> All is well, however, thanks to baby tylenol every 4 hours last night, and this morning they are happy babies, if a little sleepy.<br><br>

It's tasty stuff, LL, although a bit expensive for what is essentially pizza with more exotic toppings. Still fun to visit. I believe they have their products for sale frozen in various locations.

So apparently, American Flatbread sells their pizzas in stores also, including several in this part of Georgia. I may just have to swing by Whole Foods sometime and pick it up.
