Good morning. The snow XDanQ received was mostly rain/freezing rain/ice for us. There was about 1/2" of ice on everything. Beautiful to look at when the sun came out, but tough on trees and power lines, etc.<br><br>
We had three trees come down across our driveway. I cut them up with the chainsaw, and it didn't take long. Then I went for an 11 mile (slow and careful!) run with friends.<br><br>
Today, it's back to work!<br><br>

Wow HJ!.... Ice can be beautiful, but can cause a lot of problems like you mentioned.<br><br>
We had a bit of a snow melt yesterday as we made it up to 40F<br><br>
44F today and close to 60F by Friday, this snow will be a memory by then.<br><br>
Now I'm off to the PO to see what havoc a non-delivery Saturday made.<br><br>

Woke up around 6 and just couldn't go back to sleep. OTOH, my DH is home since last night, and my dad heads home today, so things will return to normal around here. Eddie was so excited to see his Daddy last night that he was jumping and spinning around in circles. Busy day of meetings and prep for travel tomorrow.<br>

I "slept in" this morning! wheeeee. My legs feel pretty good after yesterday's long run. Last night DH and I went to a vegan buffet and i PIGGED out! it was good stuff.
