<p>Headed out for a quick run...just 6 this morning.</p>
<p>A wee bit of snow head our way today, but it won't last.  Either the sun later this afternoon or the 45F temp tomorrow will take care of it.  Thus far, this has been a weird winter.  If one can call it that.</p>

<p>Good morning. Supposedly it snowed last night while I was at work, but it was done by the time i left work. Busy day at work, then will try to fit a run in between work and picking Zoe up then not sure what else today.</p>

<p>Good morning!  Today is my half day, so I am planning to get a decent run in this afternoon.</p>

<p>2011 has been pretty good for my family.  I hope 2012 continues to be good.</p>

Last casual day here at work till next Christmas. If my employee ever rolls on in, we'll go out to breakfast, finish up what little work we have and hop on Netflix <img alt="biggrin.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"> Leaving early to make treats for my son to take to his basketball overnighter and then off to the gym (went well last night).<br><br>

<p>no, i did not i slept from about 10-2 and was up most of the night, prob slept from 5-6. Sigh. It is getting old. It is making me feel old.</p>

<p>driving home from work i realized it was 55F and my neighbor was home from work so  we sneaked in a 5 mile run. now what to make for dinner???</p>

<p>  Still feeling like  winter here  though no snow yet. Our little pond it almost frozen for ice skating though.</p>

<p> Spent the evening at DS's  track meet. It was VERY  loud in that fieldhouse tonight. I usually stay till the end but we left pretty much after his even (shot put ) was done.</p>

<p>Meri- sorry to hear that you are not sleeping well. I know how hard it makes it to be out in the world all day when you haven't been sleeping. I hope you find resolution soon.  Have you ever tried  accupuncture? I just started going about once a month and find I sleep much better after a session. It is somehow very restorative</p>

did you know i am an acupuncturist? unfortunately I cannot do it on myself. My acupuncturist is in FLA and the other one i go to just had a baby. I am stuck there. I find zen shiatsu helps, but i cannot find the time with my schedule </p>
