Good morning..... We watched the first hour of American Idol last night, and went to bed before the last half hour. Anyway, we really liked Michael Johns, and were pleased the know the judges agreed. Then we watched Carly Smithson and I said to DW I thought it was excellent. I said "Watch, the judges are going to tell her that her performance was memorable as well". Well, the judges totally did not care for it. I must be clueless.<br><br>
Anyway, off for a run and then another day battling the voicemail, email, walk-ins, appointments, faxes, letters, pleadings, etc.<br><br>

Full day here, then half day tomorrow before heading to Atlanta for the weekend. Taking a coaching seminar that I'm really looking forward to. One of the instructors is an accomplished ultrarunner! Hopefully I get to meet the ATL peeps and Snooze and Toe Jam.

today's weather should be pretty nice...get some of those nasty black snow-dirt piles melted away before the next storm rolls in<br><br>
Among today's errands and chores:<br>
I'll be shopping for a washer and dryer today.<br>
Our 27+ year old Maytag washer and dryer are on the fritz.<br><br><img alt="" src="http://bestsmileys.com/cleaning/4.gif" style="border:0px solid;"><br>
Unfortunately, not the new front loading $$$$$ ones....just your basic maytag mid-level set.

I got enough rest last night and feel good. Neither is something to take for granted. We should have a pretty 70 degree day.<br><br>
I have a lot on my plate today: car appt., workout, prep for a day trip to Maryland tomorrow, continue getting my house as ready as possible for moving over the weekend and my parents arriving on Friday, and teach yoga. Hopefully it will all go smoothly.

Sorry to hear you're not any better there Todd. Take it easy today. Last night was pretty nice. This week is one of three weeks a year that we don't have something going on at least two nights a week so we just took it easy.<br><br>

I'm in bed at 9pm and up between 4-5am most days.<br><br>
earplugs and a white noise machine work for me when the Trolls are filling the house with noise/music/vid games/and general thumping about<br><br>
If that doesn't work, I will send them cowering beneath heavy furniture with my alpha female soccermom gnashing, barking, and snarling. <img alt="wink.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/wink.gif"><br><br>
