We're getting our routine back a little bit. The time change was murder to our routine the first couple of days, but now everything seems good.

Morning. Slept pretty damn good last night. I could have used another hour or two but my alarm went off so here I am.<br><br>
I need to compose an email to one of my daughters potential h.s. physics teachers for next quarter. We requested that she be allowed to leave enriched physics and go into the general physics class a few weeks ago. The counselor and her current teacher convinced us that she was doing fine and should stay where she was. Against our better judgment we went with the 'experts' opinions. Moving forward a few more weeks and we still see her struggling and stressing out over this class. I asked again if she could be moved and both her current teacher and the counselor said yes it could be done and would. I get a call from the new teacher telling me that he doesnt want her in the class until the beginning of the 4th qtr., that she is too far ahead of where his class is and would be relearning all of what she has done right now. It's very frustrating to say the least. Fortunately there are only 12 more class days left in the current quarter.<br><br>
Argh!

Last night was poker night. I lost all of my $3 plus a little bit on the last hand. But, I had fun <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>
So, I got to bed late (for me) and woke up at about 3, and didn't go back to sleep. I believe I need more coffee.<br><br>
My run yesterday went pretty well, except that I had to pee the whole time, and there wasn't a suitable location with high enough snow banks or something. Uncomfortable and I think it slowed me down a bit <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>

Good morning all. I was suppose to get a batch of samples yesterday, but they delayed shipping them, so they won't be arriving until today. This kind of screws up my lab schedule. Due to other people's instrument needs I either need to analyze them today (depending on what time they arrive), or push it off to Monday. Decisions, decisions....<br><br>

Todd...I know what you mean about "experts"...my 14 year old daughter wants to do the "3 year" plan for high school and the counselor says she can do it...I keep saying "do you see her grades NOW???" NO ONE WILL F-ING LISTEN TO ME!!!!!!!!!!

Morning....tough night. The BF woke up about 2 am feeling like his depth perception was off and just all-together wonky. We were up for about an hour with the lights on (he made me try to go to sleep, but I felt badly that I couldn't make him all better). Not sure what time we finally did resume sleepy-time, but it was definitely far too close to wakey-time.<br><br>
In the office till 10 pm tonite, hopefully punch out a good amount of returns today.<br><br>
Have a vacuum buying, teacher talking to, toothie brushing day!
