<p>Good morning. Slept a little better last night even though i forgot to buy Nyquil. Since DH had to work Sat, he is off today so the plan is to all go to the children's museum, but he may be "sick" and not want to go. I think he is getting the cold I have, but I hope he still goes. I have an ENT appt this afternoon with a new guy, hope he is ok!</p>

<p>I bailed on bootcamp because we're having icy, schlitty conditions here. Many schools delayed or closed [not mine...guess I'll be going out for lessons in an hour or so]</p>
<p>I did a fiver on the TM, then lifted (chest/back)</p>

Hola amigos!<br><br>
I wasn't around all last week. I've been training a new employee and had been in Texas playing with the Mexicans for 5 days, but I'm back now.<br><br>
Working out tonight, and have to start training (ugh) for the Bourbon Chase. <img alt="smile.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> Got invited to be an a team with friends from all over, and I'm excited about this. I ran over 30 miles last weekend, so I think it'll go ok, but I still want to make sure I'm properly trained for it.<br><br>
Other than that, I go to Lynchburg VA here in a couple weeks for a Red Dress Run and I'm pretty stoked for that trip, too.<br><br>
I hope you all are doing well and injuries are healing, good sleep is being had, and good food is being consumed.<br><br>
Time for me to get some work done.<br><br>

The Bourbon Chase is a 200ish mile relay from Louisville to Lexington. Kind of like the Reach the Beach that some people from this site used to (or still) do.<br><br>

30 is NOT CF for sure, but CF made it easy. Or Rum made it easy... I'm not really sure which.<br><br>
So, looks like I have to do some endurance training. I have no plans to actually train with running (well, not long distances really), but I'll use the Crossfit Endurance model and see what happens.<br>
