<p>Today I am struggling with the DST change yesterday.  Wow, I don't remember struggling with it this much in the past.    Oh well.  Almost time to get out the door and get  few miles in.  My legs are tight so the first couple of miles are going to be tough.  Ugh.</p>

<p>Greetings from beautiful Orem Utah, the Family City, or at least that's what the sign beside the interstate says. I'm at another outage. This time I'm at the Lake Side plant and we're nested between the mountains and Utah Lake, south of Salt Lake City. This is the place where all the Morman Missionarys are trained. Well it's about time shift turnover.</p>

<p>Good morning from Music City.  Today was supposed to be the first day of spring break for Miss Sunshine, but she has school today to make up for a one of the snow days we had.  So tomorrow is the start of spring break.  Yippee!</p>
