Good Monday Morning

<p>Well, i am going to attempt to get back on track with my marathon training this morning.  It was not a good start since I ignored my alarm for almost 30 minutes.  So I guess it is time I got my butt out the door for a 5 mile run.</p>

<p>Bailed on my morning run.  I slept like dog doo last night.</p>

<p>I will attempt a run this afternoon after an after school meeting. My trails are not plowed so I will be relegated to the streets...ugh.</p>
