Good Monday Morning

<p>Well, i am going to attempt to get back on track with my marathon training this morning.  It was not a good start since I ignored my alarm for almost 30 minutes.  So I guess it is time I got my butt out the door for a 5 mile run.</p>

<p>Good morning.  I've been lazy for the past 5 days so I guess tomorrow I'll hit the road again.</p>
<p>the morning temps here are cool and wonderful for running...I just need to get my butt out there and do it.</p>
