<p>I actually slept rather well with the CPAP machine last night.  This was day number 4.  Every day seems to get a bit better. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Looking at a heat index later today of 100F or more.  It is now 73F, and I hate running in this sort of temp.  Looks like I will be dripping wet when I get home.</p>

<p>It was 80 like 85 with 92% humidity and a dew point of 77 for my run this morning.  Ugh.</p>

<p>loved C & H !  I have an irrational reaction about wasps/hornets, it embarasses me.  I'm not afraid of spiders, snakes, black bears, but those little flying demons freak me out.</p>

<p>We'll make it to DanQ's town tonite [no meetups planned], and then on to the Smokies in Bryson City, NC by Tuesday afternoon-ish.</p>

<p>Hangin' out in the Yurt for four nights....also will ride the Smoky Mt. rails, do whitewater rafting [#1 Troll is our guide....WHEEE!], canopy zipline tour, and possibly get out for a horseback trail ride.</p>
<p> </p>

<p>DH and I haven't car toured <strong>ALONE</strong> since I was preggo with this same son 25 yrs ago. <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/shock.gif" style="width:15px;height:15px;" title=""></p>

<p>Last night was another not so bad night. I think we are really making sleep progress </p>

<p>Busy day today. Super market and bank, then we have to drive 1 hour to get my car it's 20,000 mile check up, wait for 90 minutes (we get to eat at an awesome Jewish Deli while waiting) and then drive back home. whew.</p>

  I'm a little gun-shy around yellow-jackets, ever since I disturbed a nest (with the inevitable consequences) while mowing what little front yard we have. The worst one was the guy that got trapped between my ear and my hearing protection when I bumped the latter while trying to swat away some of the little beggars - he was pissed and took it personal! (The guy that got caught under my shirt on my belly was also no fun.)</p>

<p>  All this was two years ago, and I still check the tree where their nest was before I start mowing.<br>
