Good Manic Monday Morning,

<p>Off from work today due to Columbus day.  15 mile run planned for this morning. </p>
<p>It was nice to see my brother, sister-in-law and my niece.  DD and my niece hit it off immediately and DD hated to see her leave, even though they were only here for a few hours. </p>

<p>I must have a crick in my neck as I have had a pesky, although it is small, headache for the last few days.  It will go away as the caffeine kicks in.</p>

<p>DW and I have been doing some major number crunching to find out which medical plan is best for us this upcoming year. </p>

<p>What a pain in the ass this has been.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Had a couple of talks with the kids...'come to Jesus', talks if you will.  Told them to get their shit together and to stop procrastinating in everything they do.  I think it was time to kick them in the ass and get a few things straightened out.</p>
