I'll be thinking about you guys while I sit in the car all day. Well, we'll jog around the rest area but somehow it's not the same.
Dear Mustang,

This MP workout is much more important to your marathon preparation than those silly intervals. Rock it!

I have a 2 mile race on Sunday, to celebrate St Patrick's Day. The weather report is dreadful though, and I won't do it if it's blizzarding or if there's torrential rain. Keep your fingers crossed for decent weather!

I am going to jump into a 5 miler on Saturday. I did this race last year...so it should give me a good fitness comparison. Cold rain in the forecast. Fun!

It's the Irish Jig 5k in Grand Rapids, MI. This year they're splitting up the men & women in separate races because it's gotten too big to run everybody together. This will be very weird knowing exactly where my competition is at. I'm not sure if this is a good or a bad thing?
Anyway, good luck everybody! I wish you all speedy legs!
