<p>Today is stain the doors day and I have to head to BJ's to restock the house.  This is our quarterly trip where we seem to buy out the place.  Then we will be stocked up on non-perishable goods and other items like that for awhile.</p>

Bootcamp done...Not that great of a w/o today. The instructor is leaving on vacay tomorrow, so I don't think he was into giving a mass butt-kicking today. <img alt="rolleyes.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/rolleyes.gif"><br><br>
Other than a derm appt this afternoon, I haven't got a lot going on.<br>
Oh....we may go out for gyros with the family this evening.<br>
Since Troll#1 is home for a short time, he gets to pick out his fav place to chow down. <img alt="biggrin.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"><br><br>

<p>bad insomnia again. this is getting old! costco has a coupon right now for organic diced tomatoes B1G1!! that is less than 50c per can, a steal for organic. i bought 6 cases the other day and may buy more!</p>

<p>My pantry is my garage.  Foodstuffs will get stuffed into the small pantry we have in the house.  Anything that shouldnt get eaten by anything gets stored outside. </p>

<p>I saved 47 bucks via coupons an it should have been 48 but I missed pulling one out of my pocket!</p>

Hi everyone! Not much to add. Just I hope those under the weather feel better soon. It's raining here today and the cold has rolled in. My puppy crawled under me last night so I didn't sleep too well and I'm working on a loan where the documentation is all out of sorts. Not horrible or anything, just that none of the reporting requirements match each other, which makes the writeup of it a PITA.<br><br>
Other than that, all is well.<br><br>
WTPJ, what do you do in bootcamp?

Bootcamp is run by a certified trainer in a middle school gymnasium...funded with a grant for the school district.<br>
I pay $200/ year for as many classes (bootcamp, yoga, rumba, etc) as desired. <img alt="cool.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/cool.gif"><br><br>
The bootcamp is usually a mix of interval work (suicides, speed side shuffles, or bleacher bounding, or jump ropes, speed footwork ladders, mountain climbers, burpies etc etc) alternating with body weight work (pushups, planks, side planks bear crawls, life gym handles, etc etc) and balance/core work with weighted bars or med balls. Sometimes he throws dumbbell work in too.<br>
Everything is timed for a burst followed by maybe 20 seconds rest.<br>

<p>i have taken tyl pm and it gets me to sleep a little more but not great. i tried valerian root and it did not really help. i am not going to try melatonin because they say it can affect your body's own production of melatonin. sigh. this too shall pass. i think we desperately need a new bed but DH never wants to go look at one. we have been fighting over what kind of bed to get for over 5 years! it is sooooo long overdue</p>

<br><br><p>we have a king but it sucks. it sucked the day we got it 8+yrs ago. i think the furniture did a switcheroo on us :( i want to finance a tempurpedic!</p>
