<p>Had a most excellente run this morning!  65F and humid, but it was sooo relaxing to not see anyone for over half of my run.  Just me, my shorts and shoes.  I love running this time of year!!</p>

<p>Good morning! Did not sleep great last night, Zoe was up on and off all night. I really cannot win. Going to try to take her out in the jogging stroller before work. My friend who watched her yesterday since our sitter is on vacation did really well, they hit it off right away, i was so relieved. I also have to pack for my race some time today, because i get home from work late and we are leaving after work tomorrow afternoon!</p>

<p>Well for the first time ever one of the kids missed the bus.  We usually leave right at 8 for the bus stop but today we were running a couple of minutes late and what do you know, today is the day the bus comes early!</p>

8 mile run...first 4 at 6:35 pace next four at 7:45 and work hard...yes, a little windy today!!!!
