<p>Things are well here, am settled into a new position back into a lab and working on getting my happy back. Recently started a run club for my fire station and am having good turn out and lots of positve feedback. How are things with the Grizz Family?</p>

<p>Well, the boys are away at University and are doing well. We're discovering what it means to live as a couple again. </p>

<p>Health wise I am having some serious challenges. I did some damage to my shoulder and will require surgery but that is problematic because I will also require a heart valve replacement and that will have to come first.</p>
<p><br>
I went running today for only the second time since last summer. Tromp milled it and it was a real chore to even get to a 10 minute mile. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Work is work. Got an extended team of 70 and we have some challenges.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Play is fun. Our quartet has a folk festival gig lined up... other than that it is life as normal. </p>

<p>Just for Grizz, I brought Starbuck back!!!! I actually am getting my Starbuck back, so she should be around to stay for a while!!!</p>

<p>Grizz, I hope that all of your health troubles get better, I will keep you in my thoughts!!! I am glad to hear that the Boys are doing well at school and you are getting some couple time.... And excitement for your Quartet Gig, sounds fun!!!</p>
