So apparently the weather forecast upped by 10 degrees since I hit the sack last night, and now I'm afraid I'll be overdressed.

Oy. Ah well, I may switch into different tights, and I'll bring another shirt with me just in case....

Bye (again!)..

Good morning! that's what it is outside today, too. I can't wait to get out in it for a recovery run.

Before that, I am going to do this:

I watched some last night and it's gonna be a good time on the mat.

Later I might even ride a tiny bit as I'm getting my bike's flat fixed today. Or, apparently, being taught again how to do that. Long overdue.

Oh, and I am going to try a recipe for chicken chili in the crockpot.

Good luck racers!

Jammy....isn't TRI PRACTICE the bestest? I'm biased though! You need to post more in the MS forum! I've seen you there...

Morning all

Getting ready for some coffee and breakfast. I slept in a little after running the Seneca Creek Trail race yesterday. I'll post a RR in Extreme Running soon. I took the Marathon option (about 28 mile) because I started out slower than I realized and didn't want risk getting pulled. I finished it, Durt ran beside me tha last .75 mile or so, and got my hat. WE then headed out to dinner with Durt, my Friend Jess, SO turtle and his Aunt, Uncle, and Cousin. We had a great time and got home late last night.

Good Luck to everyone racing today!

TurtleI wanna do a trail race one day-after my tri days are over...well-at least my IM days. I'm afraid of twisting something and risking a race.

IM are too expensive to do other fun things...like ski and run tough trails.

I'm very temped to wake board with LL this summer...I can't get hurt doing that, can I?!?

Please say NO!

DEturtle, sounds like a great day! Like Tithers I am putting off more trails until after my goal race, but after that -- I am going to get dirty!

Speaking of LL, congrats to her on her RUN yesterday! I bet she will always remember those 2 miles. One for each baby.

I don't WANT to go down on my TM.
I WANT to run outside in the sunny mild [33*] temps.
I don't WANT to worry about my 'issues' if I go outside.

DEturtle, can't wait to see your RR. I had really hoped to go to Seneca Creek this year, but injury precluded it. I am getting tired of seeing one goal race after another slip by. Sorry for the self-pity there.

I am glad you guys had a good time!

Morning folks!

I'm letting my car warm up so I can brave the snow and winds to go to a 90 Spinning class. It was 74 degrees here yesterday and today it's blizzarding. WTF?

Good morning all! Thanks for all the encouragement on my run from yesterday! I am hoping as the evenings get a little longer, I'll be able to run in the evenings when Mr. Lucky gets home. Until then, I'm just going to try and go once every weekend.
