If anyone is looking for a new core workout, I have one!<br><br>
I found it in Women's Health this month and am so sore I can't cough, sneeze, laugh, and breathing is still questionable!<br><br>

I'm not doing exercise #6 - I fell off and hit my coffee table in the process, but will do something similar. Same for #7, it just doesn't work for me. I will do something similar to work my back.<br><br>

I bought it at the store actually. It has a little pull out booklet with the exercises though - apparently it is a new feature they are going to do each month now. I don't think I will make it past month 1 though!

if you let some air out of the ball that will make #6 easier until you get the hang of it. (all of them actually)<br>
for #7 put your feet against a wall. beginner tip.
