I had a chance to sleep in today and I could only make it to 6:45.

Heading back into work in about 2 hours for another day of fun. Hopefully it is a shorter, less stressful day than the last time I worked on a Saturday.

Rest day from running.

Purdue will probably get clobbered by tOSU.

Hopefully the Hoosiers get clobbered by whoever they are playing.

Notre Dame plays Navy, Navy better win.

Later.

Good morning. Heading into work soon myself. I took a mega dose of Afrin last night and it still seems to be in effect, which is lovely. I can breathe! I know it is short lived though. You can only take Afrin for three days and today is the third day, so I better get better fast! Not sure how I would sleep without afrin!

We have a Halloween party tonight and I am trying a new recipe, and cannot wait!

Morning.

The test went marvelous yesterday. Clean as a whistle and then I promptly loaded it up with 2 dbl cheeseburgers and a load of fries! Nom, nom, nom.

The drugs never knocked me out, hell, they barely relaxed me. I was not nervous about it anyhow, so I actually watched the whole procedure on the monitor.

Tres Cool!!

2 hrs later the meds kicked in and I zoned out for a 2 hr. nap. Talk about your delayed reaction.

Todd- I am always delayed with meds. When I was in labor the midwife gave me castor oil and said it would take 45-60 minutes, it took about 6 hours and then it was fierce for HOURS. Lovely.

Sorry, Altoids, about the temptations and the canceled class.

I am at work, trying not to die. I do not remember the last time i was sick, it has been YEARS! I saw a hot air balloon around the corner from my house this morning, it was in the 30s! brrrrrr

Meri, usually meds hit me like a rock. When they shot the 2nd of two doses the room 'shimmered', like a drunk feeling and then it stopped.

I was not uncomfortable at all while it was going on. I actually asked a lot of questions! DW was hoping I would be out of it in recovery so she could have a laugh. She has done this 4x's and everyone is the same. Hilarity ensues as she is just too doped up to be coherent.

Hope that nasty cold of yours passes soon.

Good morning all!

I am moving out of my apartment tomorrow, so today is going to be a lot of packing! My apartment looks like a tornado has been through here, but hopefully I'll make a lot of progress.

I hope everyone has a great day! Time to start packing up the kitchen....

Good morning, friends! It's been a nice morning. Nothing like an easy run in brisk weather, and then a steaming hot cup of coffee after. Mmmm.

FB- I will be happy when the Buckeyes make your prediction come true. I just turned on the game in fact. Alas, I have no beer here yet. My friend who is bringing it will be arriving late.

Porty- I am rooting for Iowa today, sorry. Not so much because the Badgers defeated the Buckeyes last week (although that's part of it haha!) but because my grandparents were Iowa alumni. Go Hawkeyes!

I had a 14 mile group run this morning. Fell TWICE. First time wasn't too bad. 2nd time I kind of got my left arm pretty good. I don't think it is broken - no bruises or swelling and I can use it for very light duties. But is does smart like the devil.

GT plays Clemson at 3:30.

UGA plays Kentucky at 7:30 tonight.

Georgia State is playing Old Dominion at the Georgia Dome. They started at 1:00.

First string quarterback, running back and receiver are all out for the season injured. That is all I have. I didn't see any of it and I am glad I didn't. The play by play summary I scanned via ESPN was a ascary read.

'Sconnie hung tough in Kinnick and squeaked out a 31-30 win.

We also lost our top two recievers, a defender, and one of the top running backs.

THANKFULLY, our depth at the positions helped us hang on.
