Volunteer at 3 races</span><br><span style="font-family:'Franklin Gothic Medium';">3. Develop and implement a strength training regieme</span><br><span style="font-family:'Franklin Gothic Medium';">4. Treat and remediate any injure that may occur aggressively</span><br><span style="font-family:'Franklin Gothic Medium';">5. Do the 2nd annual 3 day fast-pack (Call it the Asylum Run)</span><br><span style="font-family:'Franklin Gothic Medium';">6. Run in the Redwoods</span><br><span style="font-family:'Franklin Gothic Medium';">7. Take about 10lbs off to 172.</span><br><span style="font-family:'Franklin Gothic Medium';">8. Run a 5K sub 23:00</span><br><span style="font-family:'Franklin Gothic Medium';">9. 4 consecutive weeks of no running</span><br><span style="font-family:'Franklin Gothic Medium';">10.
