Hello. I am in the middle of couch to 5K, on W5D2 tomorrow, doing the first 20 minute run on Friday. (Skeered!) So far so good though. Looking forward to getting to know you all. You seem like a supportive and funny bunch.

Har har!<br><br>
Did 8 minutes of running, 5 of walking and then another 8 minutes of running today. Had music this time and was rather astonished at how quickly it went by.

hey, one of my patients told me she downloads podcasts made for C25K and LOVES them. No watch needed.

Here is how it went! I posted this yesterday. I need a cape now.<br><br>
I want to say thank you for your encouragement and let you know I am still alive. I did W5D3 today, my first 20 minute run without walking, and it was, well, I won't say fabulous but wow, what a sense of accomplishment at the end. I am quite sure I am now ready to leap tall buildings in a single bound. Ok, that was a lie. I'm not ready to do that. I can run 20 minutes without stopping though so that's almost the same thing right? Well of course it is. I also had my gait analysis today and got a more appropriate pair of running shoes so my feet feel better. That was the best advice I got. SO worth it.
