<p>Just got a batch going, might be ready for Christmas.</p>

<p>Basically a whole lot of sliced ginger, some vodka, a bit of lemon / lemon rind and sugar.  I will probably weaken the mixture with some water when I strain it all.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The sugar means that I'll be staying away from it, but I have it on good authority (the neighbours on our cul-de-sac), that this concoction is on par with limoncello. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>And yes, I am writing this in hopes of enticing comment from my favourite Spicy Baked Goodness.</p>

<p>So is this a Christmas tradition.  Our Christmas tradition is Rum Balls, they are put in the same tin every year and were always the first thing I would go check out when I walked through the door.</p>

<p>No, not a Christmas tradition at all, just running out of the stuff!  I had a lot of ginger on hand one year I was making Torque's nectar of the Gods and experimented.  We liked it so much that it is something I make semi-regularly.</p>

<p>Adn no, I don't ship.  I wouldn't have the wrath of the US Homeland Security fall upon me for shipping likker.</p>
