Suggestions. I'm having a hard time getting enough to eat.<br><br>
2600 to 3000 Calories a day.<br><br>
and not hungry. (I don't know what it is, up to the point I was hungry CONSTANTLY and then all the sudden it stopped)<br><br>
For the last week since I've been tracking Calories and been allowed to workout again (which might be why I'm not hungry it suppresses my appetite) --- I've been WAY under, and I want to rectify this right away because I don't want to hurt the baby.<br><br>
Hell, that's a lot of Calories. <img alt="uhoh2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/uhoh2.gif"> Deep fried twinkies ought to do it, except I want it to be healthy foods. <img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif">

Nuts? Ensure? Granola? Fruit juices?
