<p>A little treadmill time before little miss evil this morning. Sore and tired from yesterday, but in a tolerable kind of way.</p>

<p>Congrats on the 50K <strong>TimR</strong> and the small pants, <strong>Brandy</strong>. </p>

<p>Having some debates about the HM training plan. We were swapping notes with someone else training for a half, and there plan is quite a bit different. From here out we have scheduled:</p>
<p>Long run/total weekly mileage:</p>
<p>10/18</p>
<p>11/21</p>
<p>12/22</p>
<p>9/18</p>
<p>8/15</p>
<p>13.1/19</p>
<p> </p>
<p>The other plan is maxing out at 10 for the long run. So, wise ones, do I still with my plan or back off a bit?</p>
