Oh that is super cool, especially for those who don't have as much physical ability to do all the required exercises needed to gain strength ... i.e. accident victims, elderly & sick people ...

It's amazing, the power of the mind ...

So if I'm sitting around and thinking about getting stronger, I'll get stronger.
What if I'm actually working out, but not thinking about it? Do I still get stronger?
Maybe it's not the actual act of working out, but only the thinking about it that makes me stronger.
Can I lay in bed instead of doing a bike workout, but as long as I'm thinking about the bike workout, I'll still get stronger?

Maybe a workout should read something like this:

Sit on the couch.
Think about a 3 hour bike ride for the next 3 hours.
Then think about a 30 minute run for the next 30 minutes.
Stay hydrated.

Take a post workout recovery nap on the couch.
