In case you're interested: I ordered a footpod for my 305 to simplify winter treadmill outings and discovered that they have released a new version. This footpod is smaller and can be snapped into your laces without unlacing the shoe. I am delighted. I'll be taking it out to calibrate tomorrow night.

If you're considering ordering, you may want to check with your vendor to see which version they're selling.

I have the older version, and it rocks...I run inside all the time since it is so cold and wet here, so I leave it on all the time...it doesn't bother me at all having it on my shoe...I am sure I will take it off when i start running outside and maybe try to figure out some way to make it easier to put on and off...

it is very accurate if you maintain the speed you calibrate it at...if you go faster or slower it is shorter or longer...but not too bad...like .1 per 4-5 miles depending on speed variation...

I love mine.

It's very, very light. Apart from a shoelace ticking on it from time to time, I couldn't feel it at all. I think you'll like it a lot.
