Congrats. Week nights were a little slow at Red Lobster, and good for learning. Friday and Saturday nights were packed and the tips were decent. When I worked there they paid the bartenders a little bit more hourly because we didn't make as much in tips on week nights as the other wait staff. Occasionally the wait staff would share their tips with us.

I enjoyed bartending at Red Lobster part time for about two years until my full time job just got to be too much.

Let us know how it goes.
