<p>My right AT has been giving me trouble for weeks. But it only hurts in the first mile or so, then seems to lossen up and I don't feel a thing for the rest of the run. Been that way for about 3 months now. Hopefully that will be your experience, Heme.</p>

<p>I'm not using ice though. My PT thinks ice is overused and causes tightness in the connective tissues. It's fine for very focused application immediately following exercise, but even then she prefers I use nsaids instead for the inside, and deep tissue massage for the outside.</p>

<p>4 miles ez this morning, with some strides in the last mile.</p>
