Got my butt out of bed this morning after a whopping 4 hours of sleep (my new reality... whatever, I'm adjusting to it) and went to the pool. Good swim, and I'm glad I did it since I skipped Tuesday's swim. Will run a few tonight.

I teach again this weekend, so it looks like I'll be running before Spinning again on Sunday. My poor legs. Bike trainer class tomorrow (20+ hellacious miles), and then run 7-8 miles Sunday morning before teaching a 90-minute Spinning class. It wasn't too bad when I did it two weeks ago, but of course that was the first trainer class so Coach took it easy on us. I'm not expecting an easy class tomorrow, which means my legs will be dead-er on Sunday. (It's a word. Go with it.)

The good news is, I feel and look trimmer. Both our scales went into the trash last weekend because they were just NOT cooperating (even with new batteries, the scale said I weighed 62 pounds or something equally ridiculous). I have no idea what I weigh right now, but I feel good and that's what's important.

Anyone racing this weekend?
