found this in fitness or self magazine last month and love it!<br><br>
1/4 cup special k<br>
1/4 cup multigrain cherrieos<br>
~tbsp honey<br>
milk<br><br>
i think the magazine called for other goodies, i bet fresh strawberries would be good...anyways, i LOVE this new twist on cold cereal! thats what i usually eat in the am and this makes it so much less blah!

I put honey on cottage cheese and fruit. Delish.<br><br>
Good idea, I may have to try that if I get on a cereal kick!
