<p>Riley won't step up because it doesn't look like the heat would be favored to win in the NBA Finals.  At this point, Riles is interested in his "legacy" and not much else.  Also - Wade has made it pretty clear that he doesn't relish playing for riley again.  Right now, King James is complaining about how hard they're getting worked.  He has no idea what a Riley "administration" would be like.   As for Spoelstra - i guess he can twist in the wind for a while.  Odds are, the Heat will start winning enough to allow Riley to keep this guy employed thru the season.  After that, assuming Miami is able to upgrade at a couple of positions, Spoelstra will be on a very short leash.</p>
