<p>Next 10 days 75-77 lows and 97-99 highs with 105 index.  Weather guesser last night told us 94% of Texas in extreme drought conditons and that while we will get some rain off and on we will be in drought until after Thanksgiving.  Lots of rationing talks in the cities now.<br><br>
9 miles of hills this morning at 8:13 pace.  Rough mile or so in the middle and then ok again.  Last few days breathing has been better.  Typical since I've got a dr appt Monday; right?</p>

<p>Plan on an ez 17 in the morning.  As much as I can in 1.5 hours;then a 4 mile running club fun run, and then finish what's left.</p>

<p>Rest day at the beach for me, with a bit of rowing around in a plastic dingy, then snorkling.  Gloriously relaxing for my last official day of holidays.  Back at it on Monday, but at least I know there's not a ton of work waiting for me.</p>
