Early morning run. 6 miles in 60 min. HR was 146 (79%) over the final 40 min. Starting to ramp up the intensity as overall fitness improves.<br><br>
After my run I headed to town for some business. Everything was soaking wet due to temperatures in the +5C range. The sins of winter will soon be poking ugly heads out of snowbanks!<br><br>
Back onsite now, and will try for a long run tomorrow.
