I did the 5 mile loop tonight. The sidewalks are in terrible shape. Snow, black ice, etc.

It felt a lot harder than a regular day.

Run Segments
Early morning run. 6 miles in 60 min. HR was 146 (79%) over the final 40 min. Starting to ramp up the intensity as overall fitness improves.

After my run I headed to town for some business. Everything was soaking wet due to temperatures in the +5C range. The sins of winter will soon be poking ugly heads out of snowbanks!

Back onsite now, and will try for a long run tomorrow.

Rest (?) day.

I did run up and down a set of 8 steps at the hospital when ever I thought no one would notice.

You said it.

If I slack off in my weightlifting, I notice that everyday stuff gets a little harder to do, like moving chairs or lifting pots and pans, heck even walking.
