Very sore today...<br><br>
Walking, bike and stetch..just to get the legs loosened up.<br><br>

Richard are you recovering from the beer or running?<br><br>

Running: plus I didnt hydrate enough during the run so some side effects of that as well.

Transitioning to outdoor running - didn't think it was a good idea to totally jump ship and head outdoors after so much TM running. I've heard it makes me a good candidate for shin splints.<br><br>
6.25 wonderful miles, a point to point that was, for the most part, a gentle downhill that ended up at the Y for some swimming with the fam.<br><br>
2nd outdoor run this week. In the next two weeks I should be 100% outdoors.<br><br>
Looking forward to 18 tomorrow.<br><br>
