we had a nice break in the weather yesterday [lower temps 'n' dewpoints] which allowed for more comfortable yard & garden work
 
today it is back to HHH

possibly mow the yard??
suffer through torturous supper with my MIL [at least we get to eat at a wonderful chinese restaurant]

Good morning. My friends' baby was born on Sunday, and the baby had to have surgery right away for a diaphragm hernia. His bowels migrated into his chest cavity, interfering with his lung development. He's in intensive care right now. If you have any spare prayers or good vibes, please send them in the direction of Max Gichner.

Morning. I think I will go out for a run this morning. Temp is moderate and the dew point isn't too bad. I have a slight headache yet, but if I don't run now, I won't run until Monday.

Angels -> for Max!!! All the Max kids I know are toug wiry fellows,, here's wishing the same strength for Max G!
 
 Been to boot camp, and then to the lake for a dunk. Been doing laundry and stuff.. brought the infamous Bell the Golden Retrieve Bandit to the house. Her family is away and their house is too hot for a furry beast.
 
 Kids want me to take them to the ocean.. Love the ocean, hate the drive but we'll probably go. I know the water will be nice and cold there at least!

It's completely the afternoon here, but I wanted to add my prayers for Max.
 
I have mowed the lawn and working on clearing out my office of unnecessary junk. I am trying to be ruthless in the decluttering, giving to the Thrift Store.
 
I know I do not have the energy for a garage sale, but it also kills me to give away such good stuff that could help me with my savings account. 
 
I am not very Dave Ramseyesque in that way.
