<p>Rest Day for me.   Just 15:00 of stretching now and will strength train later today.</p>

<p>3 Wu stretching points and a 5 point Wu stretching bonus, 8 Wu points in all.</p>

<p>That's funny.  Mine was loud this morning too.  Wonder if it has something to do with pressure/weather and all.</p>

<p>By the way, it was disgusting hot and muggy this morning.  My run was a full 1 minute slower than Wednesday.  I'm assuming the heat had something to do with it.<br><br>
