Morning<br><br>
SRD for me. Gonna check on a hunting spot this morning, then tomorrow I'll do some scouting with a couple of buddies- so probably another rest day tomorrow. I'll hit my long run early Sunday morning.

<p>76F @ 6:15 this AM.  Felt warmer with the humidity.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>4 miles - 7:22, 6:36, 6:56, 7:15</p>
<p>-Pulled back on the last mile to get close to the 1st mile pace. </p>
<p>-That 2nd mile is the fastest I've run in quite some time as I haven't really concentrated on road speed.</p>

<p>2000m of quite uninspired splishing and splashing.  I'm ready for tri season to be over.  To top it off, I thought I could get one very last swim out of an old favorite swimsuit.  Uh, I was wrong.  Very wrong......</p>

<p>BBS--I thought of you yesterday when I had a deer in my back yard.  Too bad we're in the city otherwise I'd have you come here and cull the herd a bit!</p>

<p>I didn't end up having time to run yesterday as I work on my comeback from injury. DW and I did get out for an evening 5 mile walk though which was nice...got us moving and gave us time to talk without distractions. Funny how workouts can do that. I think we both needed it.</p>

<p>Anyway, 5 trail miles are on tap today. Manassas Battlefield awaits me and my Saucony Peregrines. Planning to pull out the road bike and go long tomorrow (40 miles or so).</p>

<p>Decided to sleep in this morning since it's our 6th wedding anniversary.  Went out for breakfast before taking DD to daycare.  Getting my car and house appraised - may get a newer car (if I don't get laid off) and need to refinance.  May get out for a short run or go for a spin on my road bike... there's a turn up for the books.  Dinner tonight in the city.</p>

<p>Hey everyone.  Way late after sleeping way long.  Inhaler seems to help my breathing.  30 min @ 7 min run and 3 min walk.</p>
